Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Payment is required only after you receive your order.

Product Inspection & Trial

Upon delivery, you may inspect the product and try it on to ensure the size, fit, and quality meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the product’s quality or decide not to keep it, you may return it immediately by paying only the applicable delivery charge.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

• Size issues

• Manufacturing defects or damaged products

To request an exchange, you must notify our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Refund Policy

Once the product has been accepted after inspection and trial at the time of delivery, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges for eligible size issues or manufacturing defects as stated above.
